Must Have
Experience in offshore finance industry, Experience in trust and corporate services businesses, Conducted and/or managed reviews and risk assessments, Analytical and compliance capabilities, Knowledgeable about legal and regulatory requirements relevant to trust and corporate services in the Isle of Man, Knowledgeable about international standards from bodies like FATF and Moneyval, Corporate governance expertise, Solid understanding of risk mitigation strategies and frameworks, Well-versed in the Isle of Man AML Code, Proficient in conducting Customer Risk Assessments
Nice to Have
AML whizz, Previous experience in Trust and/or corporate services
What You'll Do.
Support AML compliance
Conduct Customer Due Diligence
Conduct Know Your Customer checks
Oversee Customer Reviews
Assist with Risk Assessments
Complete SERR Assessments
Perform Enhanced Due Diligence
Review Politically Exposed Person Risk Assessments
Perform daily customer screening
Coordinate CDD meetings
Identify areas for improvement
Engage in AML projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide feedback and coaching to administration teams; Report key findings to senior leadership; Report key findings to Risk and Compliance; Report key findings to Group Risk & Compliance stakeholders
Communication Scope
