Must Have
Master Data Management (MDM) roles within large enterprise environments, minimum of 3 years of relevant MDM experience, at least 1 full-cycle MDM implementations, hands-on expertise in large-scale MDM platforms such as Reltio or Informatica, familiarity with data warehousing, analytics and ERP systems, enterprise data products and architecture, SQL, data integration, metadata management, taxonomy modeling, designing scalable data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, and real-time pipelines, lead data strategy and unify fragmented ecosystems in complex organizations, implement MDM and governance frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change, Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, Self-starter with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines

This role is instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic vision for MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise data governance goals. In close partnership with business and technology stakeholders, the Sr. Analyst will operationalize MDM and governance practices to uphold the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of mastered data assets. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Franchise, Product, Corporate, Mastercard Technology, and global business units to drive and sustain the data management strategy.
