Key Responsibilities • Tool Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain actuarial tools and models using various programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA, R, SQL) to automate processes, enhance data analysis, and improve reporting capabilities. • Process Transformation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within actuarial functions, collaborating with actuarial teams to implement innovative solutions. • Data Management: Work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity, efficient processing, and effective visualization for actuarial insights .• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing actuarial tools and applications, ensuring their smooth operation. • Collaboration: Work closely with actuarial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed tools and processes. • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in coding, data science, and actuarial scie
