Role Summary The Senior AML Manager runs the day to day AML operations and directly manages the AML Specialists. This is a hands on role responsible for delivery, scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement of AML operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily KYC and name screening operations, including case allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning. Lead and coach the AML Specialists team, and act as the escalation point for complex cases. Review work quality, run QA and QC checks, and drive fixes where gaps are identified.
