Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Extensive experience in Applications Management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, technical skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system optimization, In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business process optimization, Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, analytical and critical thinking skills, Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal., Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff, Proficiency in SQL and database management, Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL practices, Fluency in English

Microsoft Dynamics certifications, Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics functionality
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications for the organization
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics
ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency
Develop and implement best practices for application support
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Manage and prioritize support tickets
ensuring timely resolution of issues
Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring
