What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires several years of professional experience in a technical role such as AI Engineering, Sales Operations, or RevOps. Must have practical experience in building and operating AI agents or AI-powered workflows, from initial design to production use. Strong Salesforce knowledge, including understanding its data model and integrating CRM data into AI systems via API, Flows, Reports, and Data Management, is essential. Technical understanding of scripts, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier is required. Must possess analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is mandatory.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages is a plus. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Metabase is also interesting.

Dieses Wachstum weiter zu beschleunigen, ist die Mission unseres Sales Operations Teams. In dieser Rolle bist Du die technische Umsetzungskraft hinter unserer KI-gestützten Sales-Strategie. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales Excellence, IT und Produkt sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Vertriebsteams durch KI spürbar produktiver werden. So trägst Du zu unserer Mission bei, die Gesundheitsversorgung für alle zu verbessern. Deine Aufgaben - KI Agent Development: Du konzipierst, entwickelst und betreust KI-Agenten auf modernen KI-Plattformen (z.B.
