## Accountabilities Develop, maintain, and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures for the secure use of AI technologies across the organization Partner with legal, privacy, and engineering teams to design and implement responsible AI governance frameworks Conduct security and risk assessments of AI models, platforms, and applications, including LLMs and generative AI systems Review proposed AI use cases and provide security recommendations prior to production deployment Design and implement technical guardrails, secure integration patterns, and compensating controls for AI-enabled systems Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS Develop and enhance monitoring, detection, and response capabilities for AI-related security risks and incidents Evaluate and recommend AI security tools, platforms, and best practices to strengthen organizational defenses Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security controls into AI development and deployment workflows Provide training, guidance, and awareness programs on secure and responsible AI usage across the organization Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in information security, application security, or cloud security roles Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI platforms, and modern AI development tools Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar tools Solid understanding of cloud security, application security, and secure software development practices Deep familiarity with AI security and governance frameworks including NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and MITRE ATLAS Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments Excellent communication
