## Accountabilities Define and drive product strategy across AI-powered marketing technology and B2B SaaS customer engagement solutions. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, prioritization, development, and launch of new features and capabilities. Translate complex customer needs, market trends, and data insights into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable and impactful product experiences. Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and validation of new AI-driven use cases. Define success metrics and continuously analyze product performance, user behavior, and engagement to optimize outcomes. Ensure alignment between product vision and business strategy across multiple stakeholder groups. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a deep understanding of AI-driven systems and data-powered platforms. You are both strategic and execution-focused, capable of leading complex initiatives while maintaining clarity across technical and business stakeholders. 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech environments. Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model behavior considerations such as bias and hallucinations. Hands-on experience working with AI model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives end-to-end. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success. Ability to translate customer needs into detailed product specifications and scalable solutions.
