Must Have
7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years working on AI-powered product features, Proficiency in React, Experience building responsive, interactive UIs, Solid Python experience, Solid Node.js experience, Solid Typescript experience, Experience designing and consuming APIs, Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, Practical understanding of prompt engineering, Practical understanding of context management, Practical understanding of RAG, Practical understanding of Quality/Evals, Practical understanding of structured outputs, Experience implementing streaming response patterns, Experience building UIs that handle progressive, partial, and uncertain outputs, Intuition for user experience
Nice to Have
Experience in compliance, Experience in security, Experience in GRC, Experience in document-heavy enterprise domains, Experience with MCP, Experience with tool-use interfaces for AI agents, Exposure to RAG system design, Experience building feedback and annotation tooling
What You'll Do.
Build AI-powered product features end-to-end
Translate AI capabilities into natural interactions
Partner with AI Engineers to define API contracts
Advocate for user's perspective
Build user-facing feedback loops
Instrument AI features with observability
Establish reusable patterns
Mentor engineers newer to AI product
Participate in design reviews
