What They're Looking For.
Must Have
extensive experience delivering and operating production-grade backend or AI-enabled services, expertise in backend programming languages such as Python, Proven experience designing microservice-based, cloud-native architectures, understanding of API design, versioning, and integration patterns, Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices, Experience conducting design reviews, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction
Nice to Have
experience with real-time AI inference, GenAI serving, and performance- and cost-aware serving patterns is a advantage
What You'll Do.
Executing and leading the evaluation
and integration of complex AI model serving solutions
Designing and reviewing serving architectures across multiple services
Driving adoption of controlled rollout and rollback patterns
Ensuring serving solutions meet performance
and reliability expectations
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams
Ensuring appropriate operational artifacts are in place
Identifying systemic issues in serving solutions and driving improvements
