You’ll develop Imprint’s agent platform and iterate on taking those agents from toys to critical capabilities. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will accelerate AI adoption across every function at Imprint. You will design and deploy AI automation agents, build intelligent solutions, and drive an AI-native culture company-wide. This role blends technical execution with cross-functional enablement. You'll build agents, evangelize their use, and measure their impact. You’ll work end-to-end, partnering with organizations across Imprint to integrate with internal systems and ship valuable, secure agent-based interfaces. You’ll be trusted to move fast, experiment ambitiously, and scale what works. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves building, and understands how to balance pragmatism with technical vision. You should be comfortable stitching together APIs one day and wrangling embeddings or RAG pipelines the next. This
