What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical or equivalent combination of education and experience, 5+ years building applied AI/ML systems, with recent experience in Generative AI, Proven experience shipping LLM-powered applications (RAG, embeddings, prompt strategies, model adaptation), Deep understanding of vector search, semantic retrieval, and AI system evaluation, Experience building orchestration layers using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or designing equivalent custom architectures, cloud-native engineering experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Advanced Python skills and experience building scalable backend systems and APIs, Experience implementing observability, CI/CD, and monitoring for AI systems in production, Ability to balance innovation with enterprise constraints (security, compliance, reliability)

Developing semantic search and embeddings pipelines
Architecting advanced LLM orchestration layers for complex workflows and agentic systems
Design and implement the enterprise GenAI architecture from the ground up
Build production-ready RAG systems
