What They're Looking For.
Must Have
professional experience with Python and backend engineering, Experience designing and building scalable APIs and distributed systems, Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or automation workflows, Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices, Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments, communication and collaboration skills, 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, Previous experience building production-ready systems and collaborating in cross-functional engineering environments
Nice to Have
Frontend experience with React or similar technologies is a plus, Exposure to Snowflake or modern data platforms is a plus, Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is valued, AI-first mindset with interest in leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows
