**Job Location** WARSAW DOWNTOWN OFFICE **Job Description** **The Reusable AI team** is an essential component of the **AI Factory program at P &G**, focused on providing scalable Agentic, AI and API solutions that enhance various internal initiatives and empower data scientists with reusable tools and services. We are looking for a technical lead for the Reusable AI team within the Senior AI Engineering community.**As a Senior AI Engineer, and as a Technical Lead for Reusable AI you will** : \- Lead the technical and architectural decisions for the Reusable AI team, in particular for what concerns the development of services versus reusable components, and external contributions, \- Collaborate closely with the project manager to clearly understand user needs, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements, \- Oversee the development and infrastructure of AI services, such as a Translation service, and provide data scientists with templates to streamline the creation of AI processing pipelines, \- Engage with the IPA team to utilize their API backend capabilities effectively, and collaborate with the GenAI team to integrate and consolidate inherited services for enhanced functionality, \- Assess the technical capacity needed for the team’s projects, ensuring that resources and skills align with project demands, \- Focus on the economic sustainability of the products developed by the team, evaluating cost-effectiveness and long-term viability, \- Implement metrics to measure the adoption of products, gathering insights to identify areas for improvement and strategic focus in future developments. **More generally, as a Senior AI Engineer, you will:** \- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, facilitating efficient deployment processes and ensuring high-quality code delivery, Develop and maintain robust Python code to support algorithmic processing, AI functionalities, and ETL pipelines ac
