What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience, Experience reviewing user research and data, Experience developing visually polished, engaging, and highly fluid UX prototypes, Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into functional prototypes or web-based experiences, Experience prototyping non-deterministic interfaces, conversational logic, state machines, or agentic workflows
Nice to Have
Experience with machine learning, Experience working with marketing tools, Experience with UX design of complex workflows, Experience designing for trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop systems in AI-powered products, Thought leadership in emerging technologies and design practices

Proactively surface UX opportunities
Bridge design-to-engineering handoff with production-aware prototypes
Mentor designers and engineers on AI-native design practices
Contribute to the broader design technology community
