Must Have
4–5 years in management consulting or product leadership (preferably in Data/AI), Strategic AI Insight, Executive Presence, Strategic Mindset, Communication, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services, Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools, Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks

Set the Strategy: Design enterprise Data & AI strategies that use Generative AI to drive real business growth.
Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex banking needs into clear AI solutions that deliver value.
Advise Executives: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on AI adoption
Lead the Vision: Own the "big picture" for AI products
ensuring business and technical teams stay aligned.
Plan the Roadmap: Build execution plans and oversee projects to ensure they hit business targets.
Drive Adoption: Oversee the rollout of AI tools
making sure they are successfully integrated and used by the bank.
Grow the Business: Help develop new AI services and market strategies for the financial sector.
