This is a 0-to-1 product role — you will own the vision, design, and delivery of a new automation framework built for both traditional IT workflows and AI-driven, agentic scenarios. The role sits at the heart of Nexthink's platform strategy. IT teams rely on Nexthink to detect and resolve employee experience issues at scale. Automation is what turns that detection into action. You will define what that action looks like in an AI-first world — designing a flexible, extensible automation engine that integrates with ITSM tools, endpoint management systems, and emerging AI agents. This is a technically demanding role that requires both product vision and hands-on execution.
