6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Engineering, enterprise identity infrastructure roles, Okta Identity Engine, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory-integrated environments, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, API-driven automations, Python, Bash, PowerShell, SSO, MFA, lifecycle provisioning workflows, enterprise scale, ITGC/SOX audits, identity-related compliance controls, troubleshooting, systems integration, cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Workday, conditional access frameworks, FIDO2, TOTP, modern authentication/security controls, observability, alerting, operational monitoring for identity platforms, privileged access management (PAM), zero trust initiatives, AI, workflow automation tooling, mentoring engineers, identity architecture standards
What You'll Do.
Build identity lifecycle automations
Own SSO and MFA integrations
Design integrations between HRIS
Drive operational excellence for identity infrastructure
Partner on conditional access policies
Serve as technical contributor for ITGC/SOX audits
Mentor junior engineers
Contribute to identity engineering standards
