Must Have
3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, foundation in AI Agent development, conversational design, prompt engineering, LLM-based systems, Ability to design and, if needed, implement AI solutions, Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients, Experience working with APIs, integrations, enterprise system architectures, REST APIs, JSON/XML, API authentication, OAuth, JWT, API keys, Data mapping, system integration patterns, analytical and problem-solving skills, High ownership mindset
Nice to Have
Experience working with partners, system integrators, channel ecosystems, Experience in enablement or training of external stakeholders, Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware architectures, Git, CI/CD, custom connector development, advanced prompting techniques
