What You'll Do.
Maintain communication with customers
Guide deal team through transaction specific matters
Send written requests or verbal communications to obtain
Comprehend and assess new information regarding investor and
Troubleshoot inconsistent information
Analyze complex information to perform real estate tax
Review title requirements for state specific mortgage attachments
Collaborate with Underwriting and Legal to work through
Offer solutions when problems arise
Work with insurance analyst to ensure borrower obtains
Review work product for incorrect information
Gather and prepare information for completion of closing
Verify underwriting and funding conditions are signed off
Confirm loan information in all Enterprise and GSE
Review and work with closing counsel in the
Review final settlement statement and Disbursement Ledger for
Follow up with closing/escrow agent to verify settlement
Advise of any problems or concerns
Meet established productivity levels and turnaround times
Communicate reasoning when expectations need to be revised
Ensure a high level of Quality Control
