One-year full-time contract or temporary assignment, Bilingualism: French and English (spoken and written); Low Advanced proficiency level or higher for both oral comprehension and reading comprehension in second official language, Prior to May 1, 2022, the University required all students, faculty, staff, and visitors (including contractors) to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as defined in Policy 129 – Covid-19 Vaccination. This policy was suspended effective May 1, 2022 but may be reinstated at any point in the future depending on public health guidelines and the recommendations of experts.

Must Have
Bachelor's degree (BScN) in Nursing, 5 years of related experience in program or project management, 3 years of experience in supervision
Nice to Have
Experience in budget management and planning, Experience interpreting performance metrics in support of evidence-based decision-making, Experience in academic administration, Familiarity with digital platforms, interpersonal and communication skills to drive initiatives forward, Ability to succeed in a high-paced, high demand environment with strict deadlines, organizational skills to manage multiple elements of ongoing operations, Ability to simplify and explain rules and regulations, Ability to motivate a team and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, Proven commitment to client satisfaction, French and English (spoken and written); to be considered for this position, candidates must be rated at the Low Advanced proficiency level or higher for both oral comprehension and reading comprehension in their second official language.

Develop and launch Brightspace platform
Centralize resources and information for nursing students
Develop and refine policies and procedures
Review and implement grade review process
Develop tracking system for program approval
Gather information to enhance initiatives
Contribute to other initiatives
Oversee operational activities
Coordinate cross-project activities
Act as management liaison
Oversee special projects
Participate in needs analyses
Translate objectives into operational plans
Identify risks and implement contingency measures
Devise key performance indicators
Track data for evaluating performance
Analyze performance trends
Monitor industry trends and norms
Introduce innovations into program planning
Ensure alignment of deliverables
Act as ambassador for the program
Promote program impact
Communicate link between program objectives and vision
