We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to provide strategic leadership across platform engineering, release governance, and responsible AI enablement. In this role, you will influence enterprise-wide direction, elevate delivery excellence, and help teams innovate with confidence and accountability. **Responsibilities** * Serve as a strategic advisor, shaping enterprise platform engineering and release governance direction to improve scalability, reliability, and speed of delivery. * Drive adoption of standardized release frameworks, enabling consistent processes, risk mitigation, and measurable improvements in delivery performance. * Champion responsible AI enablement by guiding the integration of AI into release analytics, CI/CD security, and production support. * Influence enterprise stakeholders by delivering insights, metrics, and recommendations that align business and technology priorities. * Guide CMDB and service management strategies to improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency. * Promote Agile and DevOps best practices, helping teams continuously improve outcomes through innovation and measurable KPIs. Required Qualifications * 15+ years of experience in platform engineering, release management, or enterprise advisory roles. * Deep expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, ITSM/CMDB, and governance frameworks. * Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in software delivery and operations. * Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
