Nice to Have
Experience working in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments, Exposure to HR technology ecosystems beyond HCMs, such as performance management or applicant tracking systems, Experience scaling processes and systems in mid-sized organizations balancing enterprise ambitions with pragmatic execution, business acumen and the ability to challenge ideas constructively while building trust across teams

At Coveo, we’re looking for someone who can bridge People, systems, and execution to help us evolve the way our HR technology ecosystem supports the business. This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, project management, and enterprise systems. You’ll partner closely with People leaders, Information Systems & Technologies, and executive stakeholders to translate HR needs into scalable solutions across platforms like Workday and our applicant tracking systems. As our Senior Advisor, People Systems & Programs, you will: Evaluate processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions adapted to Coveo’s reality and growth stage. Own and drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
