Must Have
7+ years of financial industry experience in risk management, post secondary degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, statistics, engineering, or mathematics, Expert understanding of regulatory capital frameworks and OSFI or Basel capital standards, knowledge of accounting, balance sheet concepts, and risk management practices, Advanced analytical, communication, influence, and problem-solving capabilities, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, operate effectively in ambiguity, and collaborate across groups
