Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology or an associate's degree with equivalent work experience, Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role, Good organizational, project management, presentation, and collaboration skills, Ability to recognize and solve complex problems in manufacturing system design, Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced engineering environment, Capital Equipment procurement experience, Experience with 2D and 3D design, Experience reading machine mechanical drawings, Experience and working knowledge of PC applications and Microsoft Office products, Travel up to 30% (North America), Legal authorization to work in the United States

10 years of related experience, Proficient 3D CAD software (Siemens NX Preferred), Good organizational and presentation skills, Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles, Experience in Design for Manufacturing

This person is responsible for ensuring manufacturing readiness of compressor products for new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing technology development.
