Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or a related field., Proven experience in MIS and project management, ideally within a similar industry or organization., Proficiency in working with budgeting tools such as Anaplan., analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights., Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity., Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

What You'll Do.

Providing analytical reports from the MIS dashboard and the Oracle database

working with budgeting tools such as Anaplan

Define and review progress reports for sales contests and awards in order to identify ways / tools to increase sales and headcount growth.

Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight / conflicting deadlines while maintaining the highest quality of work and executing within budget

procurement guidelines

as well as within various preset parameters.

Assist in planning and monitoring expenses to ensure they are within budget for each individual project.

Manage ad hoc projects as required.
