By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you! ## ## Job Description: **What will you work on?** The Senior Accounts Payable Administrator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function. This position is responsible for handling the payment function for North America, reconciling vendor accounts, maintaining AP reports, and assisting with the administration of key AP sub-systems. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Manager, the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator works closely with the AP team and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a smooth end-to-end payment process. **How will you create impact?** * Review invoices and payment requisitions for appropriate approval in accordance with the Global Authorization Matrix (GAM) and P2P Policy * Post invoices accurately and in a timely manner * Play a key role in managing weekly payment runs and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing in line with company policies * Assist with Global payment review for accuracy and consolidation * Prepare monthly KPI dashboarding and reports * Perform vendor account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies or outstanding items * Support the administration of the corporate credit card program * Responsible for Concur reporting and supporting the maintenance of the reporting tool, including user access and related enquiries * Support internal and external audits * Perform month-end close activities including AP sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliat
