Must Have
Experience in inventory control processes, Experience in purchase order systems in a manufacturing setting, High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience in financial/accounting processes
What You'll Do.
Goods issuing and goods receipts
Maintain daily data entry
Maintain monthly data entry reporting
Assist with internal and external audits
Backup to production planning
Maintain office security
Perform other clerical duties

Backup to production planning; Ability to train and back up other Sr. Administrative Assistants
