Proven administrative and secretarial experience, Educated to at least GCSE A Level standard or equivalent, Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail, Advanced IT skills, Sound knowledge of finance and administrative systems, Well organised and an excellent organiser, Problem solving skills and tenacity, Ability to multitask, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to act with discretion, initiative, confidentiality and diplomacy, Flexible approach with a "can do" attitude, Work and coordinate activities globally
Nice to Have
Experience working in global or matrix organisations, Experience with SharePoint or managing team collaboration sites, Advanced Excel or basic data reporting and visual summary skills, Familiarity with procurement or finance systems, Experience coordinating larger events
What You'll Do.
Support project contracting / budgeting processes
Provide business project support for LT bi weekly
Provide administrator support for Biostatistics Team Sites
Troubleshoot Finance and Tech issues
Coordinate travel plans for respective teams
Provide administrative coordination /support for Biostats Projects
Manage administrative requirements to support departmental recruitment
Manage administrative requirements to support departmental onboarding
Manage administrative requirements to support Biostatistics Leavers
Support preparation of documents and presentations
Organise team meetings and Events
Complete Credit card and Personal Expense claims
Provide day to day support for dealing with
Provide cover for administrative staff absence
Support cross departmental activities
Support Biostatistics’ ability to meet organisational development objectives
Support Biostatistics’ ability to meet business objectives
Enable Biostatistics to achieve financial objectives
Manage Purchase Orders

You will organise complex diaries, manage travel, and prepare meeting material. You will work across functions and locations to keep work moving. This role offers development, visible impact and alignment with GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. **Responsibilities** This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: * Supporting project contracting / budgeting processes. This requires use of multiple GSK IT systems as well as interaction with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. * Organising meetings consisting of both internal GSK employees and external Stakeholders. These can on occasion be complex events requiring detailed planning and follow through with requirement to use multiple GSK IT systems and processes as well as ensuring all mandatory processes and procedures are adhered to. * Providing a business project support role for the core LT bi weekly meetings and Townhalls for both Vx ID & RII
