Must Have

3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or facility management, interpersonal and vendor negotiation skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and admin reporting tools, High ownership, problem-solving ability, and service-oriented mindset, Ability to build processes from scratch and manage operations in a zero-to-one setup environment

Nice to Have

Prior experience handling office setups is a plus

What You'll Do.

Oversee current office operations

Plan and support the setup of new office spaces

Coordinate with vendors

Ensure workplace safety

and functional infrastructure

and manage contracts with facility vendors

Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services

Handle end-to-end employee travel logistics

Plan and coordinate team outings

Ensure cost-effective planning and maintain travel and event budgets

Manage employee office needs

Coordinate with HR to support events

and overall in-office experience

Maintain administrative records

Ensure timely utility and service payments

Coordinate with IT and procurement teams for equipment and infrastructure needs

Handle leadership support activities

Coordinate with Directors

Ensure adherence to health

and legal compliance standards

Manage audits related to office premises and facility operations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with vendors, facilities, legal, and compliance teams; Coordinate with HR to support events, onboarding, and overall in-office experience; Coordinate with IT and procurement teams for equipment and infrastructure needs; Coordinate with Directors, CEO, and Operations teams for administrative and business requirements
