What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience working in an ADM department, Extensive knowledge across multiple ADM technologies, especially DMLS, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs, attention to detail and quality control, Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design engineers, Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Able to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors, Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture

What You'll Do.
producing high-quality parts using a variety of rapid prototyping technologies
supervise and delegate to meet the demands of the department
create prototype parts for Wind Tunnel testing and the full-size race car
Operate and maintain DMLS printer(s) and other rapid prototyping equipment
Planning and Programming of builds for DMLS and other ADM technologies
Collaborate with design engineers to produce DMLS parts for Wind Tunnel testing and Full-Size applications
Supervise and manage the production needs of the ADM department during the shift
delegating work where necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Supervise all safety guidelines and protocols are followed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Mentor junior team members
Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as necessary
Participate and lead in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
Monitor and report on project progress
particularly related to RP builds
Collaborate and lead with design teams and engineers to determine material specifications and requirements
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time
