The Commercial P&C Pricing team is dedicated to supporting the pricing and profitability of Aviva’s Commercial P&C insurance portfolio. Through rigorous actuarial analyses and data-driven insights across Property and Casualty products, we empower the business leaders to make informed decisions that drive financial performance and sustainable growth. # **What you’ll do:** * Own the semi-annual P&C rate indications across regions and industry segments, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior business leaders to support decision-making and guide pricing strategy. * Develop pricing proposals that ensure rate adequacy and alignment with strategic business objectives, and collaborate with underwriting to refine risk segmentation and support profitable growth. * Monitor performance by region and segment, identify emerging trends and recommend actions to support profitability and growth targets. * Deliver rate, value and loss ratio projections to support the annual business planning process. * Lead pricing reviews for various coverages and segments. * Maintain and improve SAS procedures; proactively identify and resolve data issues. * Lead the technical development of pricing tools. * Coach and mentor junior analysts and co-op students. # **What you’ll bring:** * Ba
