Oversee accounts receivable cycle
Manage cash applications
Manage reconciliations
Onboard new contracts
Onboard change orders
Review customer sales orders
Prepare customer invoices
Issue customer invoices
Monitor A/R aging reports
Follow up on past-due accounts
Investigate billing discrepancies
Resolve billing discrepancies
Investigate payment discrepancies
Resolve payment discrepancies
Prepare monthly A/R reports
Assist AR/Revenue team
Support the Controller
Collaborate with Sales
Collaborate with Customer Service
Collaborate with Operations
Complete TRC application
Complete domestic forms
Complete international forms
Provide documentation
Identify process improvements
Assist with process improvements
Assist with ad-hoc duties
