Responsibilities Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely and proper documentation submission for corporate credit card and expense reimbursement. Monitor expense policies and recommend continuous improvements. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for comprehensive expense reconciliation. Maintain precise expense records, documentation, and updated vendor records. Assist in internal and external audits and compliance reviews. Provide ongoing support and training to employees on expense procedures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies across financial workflows. Assist in the review and processing of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
