Now, we are entering an exciting new chapter: we have recently launched our first proprietary hardware solution to complement our core AI platform. As we expand our physical footprint and bundle hardware with our SaaS offerings, our US financial operations are growing in complexity. We are looking for a highly capable US Accounting Manager to take full ownership of our US entity's general ledger, compliance, and revenue operations. While your core focus is the US, you will also act as a key player in our global expansion, supporting cross-entity hardware operations, driving system implementations, and helping us define the metrics that track our success. This role will initially be a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - US Entity Accounting - General Ledger Ownership: Own the complete US entity general ledger and standalone financial statements, ensuring seamless integration into the group financials. - Close Processes: Execute the comprehensive US entity month-end and year-end close processes. - Compliance & Controls: Ensure full compliance with US GAAP across all local operations. Maintain and improve the internal control environment as the business scales. - Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day US accounting operations, including payroll, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and T&E approvals. - Audit & Tax Support: Support external financial audits and corporate tax complianc
