Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business discipline, 5+ years of progressive, professional corporate accounting experience, working knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity financial reporting, ASC 606, internal controls framework across domestic and international operations, Demonstrated experience operating within a fast-paced, inventory-driven hardware, manufacturing environment, Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software, specifically NetSuite or a comparable system, A deeply hands-on approach and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, Prior accounting experience within the aerospace, satellite, telecommunications, or defense industrial sectors, Familiarity with SQL or advanced data analysis tools to construct custom reporting pipelines for procurement, inventory, or billing structures, Proven success building, scaling, and mentoring a lean accounting team during phases of high organizational growth

Execute and oversee general ledger activities

Partner with finance for reporting

End-to-end AP process
Review and authorize payment runs
Oversee vendor invoice discrepancies
Administer corporate credit card platforms
Produce AP aging analyses
Oversee customer invoice generation
Manage collection activities
Prepare AR aging reports
Analyze monthly variances
Partner to evaluate contract terms

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with production, supply chain and engineering; Partner with finance; Collaborate with local bookkeepers in international jurisdictions; Partner with business development and legal teams
