Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), Post-qualification experience, Experience preparing management accounts, Experience working with Power BI, Knowledge of FRS102, Knowledge of Companies House reporting, Experience with month-end close, Systems experience (e.g. NetSuite), Proficiency in Excel

What You'll Do.
Lead preparation of management accounts
Review management accounts
Own management reporting packs
Develop Power BI dashboards
Provide visibility of financial performance
Own EMEA financial reporting
Act as key contact for regional finance
Ensure timely delivery of results
Ensure consistent delivery of results
Ensure global consistency in reporting
Deliver analysis of financial performance
Analyze variance (actual vs budget/forecast)
Analyze key business drivers
Identify and escalate overspends
Identify and escalate key risks
Work with budget owners
Support month-end close process
Support budgeting processes
Support forecasting processes
Ensure alignment between actuals and assumptions
Own technical accounting matters
Own reporting matters
Ensure compliance with FRS102
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Support year-end audit process
Provide oversight on tax matters
Provide support on tax matters
