## Key Responsibilities Own and support full-cycle month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, flux analysis) Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Perform operating expense analysis and budget vs. actual variance reviews Assist with payroll allocations, reserves, and revenue-related entries Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership Identify and improve manual accounting processes ## Qualifications 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong month-end close experience Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets) Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field ## Why this Opportunity?
