Prepare VAT and other monthly statistics
Prepare Bank of Lithuania declarations/reports
Facilitate timely closing of accounts
Assist in managing audit processes
Ensure compliance with auditing standards

Full Job Description
Intro Join our team as a Senior Accountant and work closely with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. You’ll oversee financial and cost accounting activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to reliable financial reporting. By coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting closing processes, and strengthening accounting controls, you’ll play an important role in maintaining financial transparency and operational efficiency. Apie poziciją Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring fair presentation of primary documents in the financial and tax accounting of the assigned company Tracking received payments and bank reserved amounts and informing responsible employees Conducting final approval of initial procurement documents Ensuring that the payment plans are correctly reported to management Making the necessary entries in the financial and tax records to make monthly closures Communicating with other company department employees about financial, accounting, and similar issues Ensuring correct billing of billing balances Preparing VAT and other monthly statistics and Bank of Lithuania declarations/reports as requested by public and financial institutions Facilitating the timely and orderly closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts Assisting in managing the bi-annual and yearly audit processes, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
