Must Have
5 years’ experience preparing client accounts, ACCA/ACA fully qualified or suitably qualified by experience
Nice to Have
Finance Industry and or Accounting/Auditing experience within or with exposure to the Private Clients is desirable, Experience with Navision, Viewpoint and ValueFinancials is desirable, Knowledge of UK GAAP and other relevant accounting frameworks is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Take responsibility for allocated clients
Prepare and post final bookkeeping entries
Produce financial statements
Produce management accounts
Liaise with clients for output delivery
Meet client service expectations
Provide support to Client Accounting Solutions Management
Review simple to semi-complex client deliverables
Review bank reconciliations
Review investment reconciliations
Review other reconciliations of junior team members
Prepare VAT returns for clients
Provide accounting support to staff
Assist with ad-hoc projects
Prepare annual financial statements
Review work of Accountant(s)
Provide guidance to Accountant(s)
Liaise with Auditors for financial statement audit
Assist management team
Provide daily support
Support team development
Motivate team members
Ensure working papers are prepared
Ensure checklist is prepared
Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks
Prepare budget for client deliverables
Escalate client matter/issue/complaint
Provide accounting service to clients
Protect confidentiality of information
