Must Have
Accounting, finance, or business administration graduate, CPA license or equivalent, Minimum 5 years of overall experience, 3 years in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit, Proficient in reviewing financial statements, Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS or GAAP), Expert in validating capital calls, distribution workings, and fund books and records, Skilled in reviewing and analysing complex transactions, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, Maintain accuracy and compliance, Effective review and validation skills, Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback, Detail-oriented and organized, Collaborative mindset, Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, Professional demeanor, Excellent communication and feedback-sharing skills, Ability to cope with tight deadlines, Ability to work under pressure, Lead by example
