What You'll Achieve.
To provide and ensure the timely and high-quality service and deliverables to the cluster clients. Delivering consistent results by planning and prioritizing to meet work commitments. Ensures and champions compliance by following procedures and checklists. Delivers consistent and quality information within the agreed timeframes.

Must be able to review outputs and all other deliverables prepared. Ensures review comments have been addressed. Must be able to address review comments of complex clients. Ensures that the team takes full ownership, prepares and replies to cluster/Client/Investor’s queries within 24 hours. Escalates any job-related issues and concerns to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner. Must be able to decide on proper treatment for transactions when differences in points of view arise, then escalates recommendations to appropriate authorities, as needed. Ensures timesheets are completed daily and accurately.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in fund accounting, financial statements preparation, NAV reporting, and client reporting. Ability to manage and ensure timely and accurate deliverables from Accountants and Junior Accountants. Knowledge of SSAE and other similar statutory requirements. Ability to acquire knowledge and become an SME of designated clients' requirements and deliverables. Ability to effectively communicate and relate with various stakeholders. Thorough review of cluster client requirements before submission.
Nice to Have
Experience with Investran and Paxus platforms. Experience in Private Equity fund conversions and onboarding. Familiarity with client agreements, Scope of Work (SOW), and SLAs. Ability to act as an alternate for Assistant Managers.
What You'll Do.
Provide and ensure timely, high-quality service and deliverables for allocated funds and/or corporate clients.
Perform review of core processes, complex ad hoc work, and client requirements.
Provide feedback on accuracy and timeliness of outputs from Accountants and Jr.
Accountants.
Assist in the review and/or preparation and completion of NAV and Financials for private equity funds, including journal entries, monthly/quarterly/annual financials, payment processing, investor notices, and client reporting.
Assist in the review and/or preparation and completion of capital call and distribution workings, notices, and releases.
Facilitate and assist with the conversion of Private Equity Funds to Investran and onboarding new Private Equity Funds onto Investran and Paxus.
Assist in the review and/or preparation of all reporting requirements, including financial statements, working papers/management accounts, partner statements, and ad-hoc client deliverables.
Facilitate and assist in various accounting and administration processes in accordance with IQ-EQ India Global Client Delivery's policies and procedures.

Provides support to the rest of the team and other teams, as needed. Assists the Assistant Manager in gathering and organizing information for quarterly debrief meetings.
