Deliver accurate and timely reporting; Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSAE and internal procedures; Ensure timely, high-quality submissions

Identifying operational risks; Proposing corrective actions
Open to travel and other secondment opportunities abroad if required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Over 4 years of relevant accounting experience, At least 1 year of supervisory background, Knowledge of IndAS, IFRS, and GAAP across US, UK, and Luxembourg jurisdictions, Solid operational experience in fund accounting, preferably in private equity or private debt, Skilled in managing service operations and client deliverables, Technical capability in Private Equity and Private Debt accounting concepts, Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IF functions), Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in accounting software, Effective written and advanced verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of the Investran Accounting Application (super user level preferred), Experience working in Financial Services or Shared Services office environment, Experience working in a multinational office environment, Open to travel and other secondment opportunities abroad if required, University Degree in Accountancy and other accounting-related courses, An additional foreign language
What You'll Do.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting for private equity and private debt clients
Review key deliverables including NAV packages
capital call and distribution workings
Support and mentor junior team members
Assist with system migrations to Investran and Paxus
Manage core accounting tasks such as journal entries
Review and prepare complex NAV reports
Financial Statements with disclosures
and other client deliverables
and compliance with SSAE and internal procedures
Manage and develop Accountants and Junior Accountants
and compliance processes
Act as a key communication and support link across clusters and stakeholders
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support and mentor junior team members; Coordinate client requirements and workflows; Act as a key communication and support link across clusters and stakeholders; Address inquiries within 24 hours; Assist in debrief preparations; Serve as an alternate for Assistant Managers; Support cross-team needs
