What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management accounting or similar role, Bachelor’s in Accounting (or equivalent), Have worked for an Australian business, working knowledge of Xero, Excel modelling abilities, operating use of expense management systems, Proven ability to adapt to new systems, analytical capabilities to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Attention to detail, well developed organisation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information

CPA Philippines highly regarded
What You'll Do.
Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
active monitoring outstanding balances
effective following up on collections resulting in the effective cash flow management of the business
and timely monthly close
with reconciled balance sheets
resolved discrepancies
and fully validated financial data
Produce accurate and timely financial reports and variance analysis
actionable insights support decision-making and performance management
Ensures financial controls and full compliance with internal policies and external requirements
while continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Contributes to the delivery of accurate
reliable budgets and forecasts that support effective planning and decision-making
Comply with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data
