As a fast-growing, bootstrapped company, we are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented **Senior Accountant** to support our accounting operations, financial reporting, and forecasting processes. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with financial analysis skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting strategic decision-making through reporting and forecasting, and ensuring operational excellence across accounting and payroll processes. **Responsibilities** **Financial Reporting & Forecasting** * Maintain and update company **cash flow forecasts and financial models** on a weekly basis * Track and report key business metrics including **LTV, CAC, Gross Margin per placement, and Net Revenue Retention** * Prepare monthly financial reports including **P &L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements** * Extract and analyze data from **QuickBooks Online and HubSpot** to maintain accurate financial dashboards **Accounting Operations** * Own the full **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)** processes * Manage invoicing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow * Execute accurate and timely **month-end close** processes * Ensure transactions are properly coded, reconciled, and maintained within **QuickBooks Online** **Payroll Administration** * Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for **150+ employees and contractors** across Latin America * Ensure timely and accurate payments across multiple currencies and payment platforms * Maintain payroll accuracy and support related financial reconciliations **Requirements** * 4–7 years of experience in **finance, accounting, or financial reporting** * Strong understanding of **accounting principles and financial analysis** *
