This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident taking ownership of key accounting processes and leading projects that enhance efficiency and compliance. What you will be responsible for: Perform account reconciliations and analyses, prepare journal entries, and review accounting classifications, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Responsible for complex account reconciliations, including research and ensuring all items are accurate and up-to-date Post and analyze global payroll transactions and ensure proper classification Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in the close process Support audits and tax filings, including coordination with external auditors and tax consultants Partner with internal teams to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Lead or support cross-functional projects, bringing an accounting perspective to operational initiatives Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred. 4–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Strong understanding of U. S. GAAP Experience with NetSuite preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
