Must Have

Minimum 5 years of progressive general accounting experience, knowledge of U. S. GAAP, month-end close best practices, Hands-on experience with cloud-based ERP systems, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, comfort working with large data sets, written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment, Proactive, adaptable, open to change and continuous learning

What You'll Do.

Own and support the monthly

and annual close process

ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Prepare and review journal entries

equity‑related entries

and intercompany activity

Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements and supporting schedules

Maintain complete documentation and support for all accounting entries and balance sheet accounts

and maintain balance sheet reconciliations

identifying and resolving discrepancies

Review and approve accounts payable expense coding to ensure accurate GL classification

Manage and maintain the fixed asset ledger
