Must Have
accounting experience, international multi-entity or group environment experience, consolidation experience, inter-company accounting experience, hands on ERP systems experience, automation and modern finance tools interest, fast-moving company experience, start-up or scale-up experience, AI in daily work experience, attention to detail, ability to create structure in a growing environment, ability to understand and read Swedish
Nice to Have
SaaS companies experience, ERP or other tool implementations experience, supporting audits and audit preparation experience, speak Swedish
What You'll Do.
Own month-end and year-end closing for the Swedish entity
coordinate monthly reporting from external accounting firms across the group
Prepare and support monthly group consolidations and consolidated reporting
Manage inter-company transactions
reconciliations and eliminations
Support transfer pricing processes and inter-company invoicing
Manage revenue recognition together with the Finance Associate
Oversee AP and AR processes across entities
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and reporting requirements
Coordinate with external accountants
auditors and tax advisors
Prepare financial statements and annual reports for the Swedish entity and support statutory filings in other jurisdictions
Partner with the Head of Finance and Finance Manager on reporting
forecasting and process improvements
Improve and automate accounting processes as the company scales
