What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, at least 2 years in real estate development or construction, working knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, Solid understanding of Cyprus tax, Hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-SPV structures, Advanced Excel, Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Xero, or similar), Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
Big Four training (audit or advisory), Experience with fund accounting or PE-backed structures, Multi-jurisdictional experience (Cyprus + Greece), Experience supporting fundraising processes, due diligence, institutional investor reporting, Excellent written and spoken Greek
What You'll Do.
Own full accounting cycle
Prepare monthly management accounts
Manage project-level accounting
Track development budgets vs. actuals
Oversee VAT compliance
Coordinate with external auditors
Support cash flow forecasting
Improve accounting processes
Mentor junior team members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with CEO; Work with external accountants; Liaise with project managers; Liaise with leadership; Coordinate with external auditors; Coordinate with tax advisors; Coordinate with Tax Department; Liaise with banks; Help grow the team
