In 2025 alone, we ranked top 5 among medium workplaces in Health Care and New York, and top 50 nationwide. ## What you'll do Review and process daily accounting transactions Manage third-party invoicing, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking collections, and maintaining accurate records of receivables Work with cross functional partners to assist in tracking inventory transactions in ERP system and reconciling inventory records between warehouses, systems and financial reports (3-way match) Take full ownership over a wide range of month-end and year-end accounting close procedures including, but not limited to, preparing various journal entries, updating and maintaining monthly schedules and reconciliations, and aiding in the preparation of financial statements and reporting files Analyze monthly balance financial statement fluctuations (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) and provide detailed analysis over the respective accounts Assist with year end audits by coordinating with external auditors on various requests including transaction detail, reconciliations and other supporting schedules while providing detailed explanations over the respective support
